Ми створюємо та розвиваємо доступні медичні, психологічні й соціальні послуги для людей і громад, які найбільше потребують підтримки. Працюємо безпосередньо в громадах, наближаючи допомогу до місця, де живе людина, та поєднуємо професійний супровід, доказові підходи й мультидисциплінарну роботу.

Наш фокус — комплексне відновлення здоров'я, функціональності, незалежності та життєстійкості. Підтримуємо дорослих і дітей, людей з обмеженою мобільністю та їхніх доглядальників.

100% Life Dnipro Region is a charitable organization working for every person’s health, recovery, and dignified life.

We create and develop accessible medical, psychological, and social services for the people and communities that need support most. We work directly in communities, bringing help closer to where people live, and combine professional case management, evidence-based approaches, and multidisciplinary teamwork.

We focus on comprehensive recovery — a person’s health, functioning, independence, and resilience. We support adults and children, people with limited mobility and their caregivers, and develop psychological support, prevention, and medical-social services in communities.

At the same time, we invest in lasting change: we train professionals, implement quality and safety standards, and develop partnerships, digital solutions, and service models that can scale and strengthen community capacity.

Розвиваємо та наближаємо медичні послуги до людей: мобільна медицина, профілактика й раннє виявлення захворювань, ВІЛ і туберкульоз, неінфекційні захворювання, лікування та маршрутизація.We develop medical services and bring them closer to people: mobile clinics, prevention and early detection, HIV and TB, non-communicable diseases, treatment, and referral pathways.
